Majestic Drums

Does anyone have info on the Majestic drums? I purchased a used set in 1971 and am wondering about the company

I believe those are a basic, Japanese import that was labled with many various badges -yours being "Majestic". These kits are often called "stencil" kits. There is a small (but growing) collector's market for these kits -especially if they are an unusual color.

The majestic kits I've seen seem to be a better quality Japanese kit. I've only seen a few full kits, but I've seen a lot of their snare drums. I love them. I have a real affection for the Japanese kits of the 50's and 60's.
