The oyster black is original. The snare is a real jazzfest that has been re-wrapped in the new 60's version of oyster black. I can't seem to find a real oyster black JF and I am not willing to spend $2000.00 for one!;) I do have an original oyster black canister throne though and you can kind of see it behind the set. The set is a Dec 22. 1968 set. Thanks.
