Cost of A's

Is $1000 for a set of ZIldjian A's reasonable? Late 60's- early 70's, a crash, ride, hi hats, and a big swish. I saw them, and they seemed in good condition. So do you think its a good deal?

That sounds high to me for a set of A's. I would keep looking and or watch Ebay to check pricing.

Does anyone know where I can hear sound clips of vintage cymbals? I wanna set of jazz cymbals, and I'm interested in the Paiste 602's (since my other cymbals are paiste signatures, which are a bit too loud for jazz). But I've never heard em, I've only heard the ZIldjian A's... so any advice where I should go where I can compare em?
