A mint natural Holiday? Please educate me!

No matter how I look at this drum offered on eBay, it does not seem to add up.

I like it! But what is it! Is it a +/- ?61 with changed parts? And what about the finish? Mint? Elongated Throw off (?65ish?)? Someone please educate me! I am always up for a Holiday drum that is minty fresh! How about you?

Throwoff has been replaced. Its not mint. Some of the tension rods arent original, and I would bet money the grommet has been popped at one time or other, like when the drum was refinished. Theres also no patina to the lacquer.
