This is an interesting Rogers Dyna-Sonic. While I think the extra holes could possibly be factory, Hmmmm I am unconvinced that this would be Buddy Rich?s snare. What I have read is that Buddy Rich ordered his Dynas without tone mufflers. See page 23 of the article by Steve Maxwell.
