It looks like a new NC Keystone badge, its really shiny. Some people think they have somthing really special and get an ebay account just to sell 1 item, so maybe the 0 feedback is because this is the only thing he/she wants/needs to sell??? Ive gotten a buncha great deals from 0 feedback people just trying to kick one small item. Never underestimate the newbie...
