Hi,

I'm assuming that your shells are 3 ply with maple reinforcement rings and clear maple interiors. If this is the case, your 3 ply shells are made of mahogany/poplar/maple. The interior ply being maple. I have a 1973 "Bonham" style Ludwig kit with the same type of shells. They sound amazing!
