Slingerland Snare Identification

Hello, my name is Oli and I am asking you experts what the following snare is:

It is a slingerland copper 10 lug snare in a "champagne" finish with an oval black badge(with silver writing). The badge says

"Slingerland
Quality Drums Ser. No.
990369"

But there is no mention of where it was made.

This drum is made oversees by a company that imported them under the Music Yo brand.

They are a lower quality snare and not truly Slingerland.
