I thought this was rather cool and have always been into patents.

Now, with the above patent you will see a section that relates the patent to other patents.

With that list you can type the patent number in the search box and go directly to that patent.

In the list you will see a Bower patent from 1904.

I believe Mike Curotto has an early Bower snare drum withe this very unique snare strainer system

Ok that's enough sorry to bore you all with this stuff!

Yes, I have 3 or 4 into it with the new section on the web site.

You need to search a variety of ways to find things, but I'm getting the hang of it.

With the advanced patent search option you can search by name and keyword and for certain years.

I'm working on Ludwig at the moment.
