Drum Image/Set?

I was wondering why we have a drum image and drum set gallery? are they not the same? Coffee Break2

We post a single picture of our items in the Image Gallery and David moves them to either the Drum Set or Snare Gallery later on........:)

So I assume the drum set gallery is for moderators only?
