I did a goofy thing the other day, so I'll share it with you cats so maybe you won't be tempted to do the same thing.
I was removing some adhesive webbing from a tom the other day, using Goof Off and it was going well. I decide to switch from the towel I was using and put some on a synthetic blue sponge to see if it would go a little faster. The Goof Off immediately broke down the sponge creating a liquid "blue ink" that ran everywhere. Now I have some sanding of the blue bearing edges to do.... the open ended grain there really soaked up the blue swill quickly.
Anyway, now I've already done this so you don't have to................DOH

So the blue sponge is no more!!Help2, kevin man that's funny I did the samething with the styrofoam cup back when I was a kid, put some gas in it came back 10 minutes later and the blob had come a calln!! hey it's not a mistake as long as it's reversable and you learn from it, just adds extra work for you to do.
When I got my first Ludwig Supra (67), I wanted to clean it so I took a nice soft cloth and cleaned all the parts including the inside... You guessed it, including the stamp date, AHHHHhhh! Mister T You fool!
