Dudes, i found in the brazilian ebay a 6,5x14 stainless steel 70?s slingerland , 10 tension lugs, inner muffling system, For a fair price, what do you think, should i go for it??

That looks like a Music Yo Slingerland Badge to me. So that could be late 70's early 80's. If it says Niles Illinois on the badge then it would be a true Slingerland snare. This was made over seas more then likely and not worth
more then $75 in my opinion based on that condition.

You can also barely tell by the photo that the butt side is longer then a normal Slingerland Butt side. For some reason they went to the longer one then the size that was normally used on Slingerland.

I dont think it has Niles Illinois on it, for what i can see in the pic. So its a lower quality snare?How do you compare it to a mapex chromion supersensitive 6,5x14 snare (my current one)

Well, I would say stay away from it.

"Stick" with what you got, no comparison.
