Engraved Snare Drum?

Hello everyone,
I (as you might've heard) am working on a leedy project right now, and I am looking for a nice OLD (like 20s-40s) metal snare drum. Thing is I want a cheap one. Something kind of like this slingerland:

I dont think I shouldve let that one go but oh well.
Anyways any ideas? Im looking for a rag time kind of sound.. I would like it to be engraved but it doesnt matter. Does anyone know of a company that made snares back then that is a deadbeat collectors item?

I know where you can get a pretty nice 1929 Leedy Black Elite for $500. It's missing the original tension rods and snare wires, but otherwise nice. Not cheap, I know, but a good deal, and perfect for the project. PM if interested.
