Looking for snares for a Hinger!

Our school has an old Hinger snare drum. The snares have broken and either need to be replaced or repaired. It looks like the snares themselves have torn away from the piece of nylon or plastic that holds them together.

anyone have any experience with repairs on a Hinger - or is there a great repair shop somewhere??

Hi: By any chance did you ever repair the Hinger? If not, I need an original Hinger Touch-Tone lug for a 6 1/2" by 14" snare drum. It would be a double lug that is mounted in the middle of the drum to receive the tuning lug from the 2 outer heads. Any help would be most appreciated.
