No luck on this one. I have never seen these before. Are these original to the drum they are on? That also might help if we see more of the drum. Also, the design in the center does that have color in it? Could we get a straight shot of the center of the lug? The rounded center section looks like the Rose Morris Emblem, but the pictures make it hard to tell. Any letters in the center?

Other then that it has to be from overseas so that could explain why no one has posted about it.

Let me know if you can answer the above questions to see if it can be narrowed down.

No luck here either. These look like some sort of import to me, maybe 60s??? Can't tell. I have never seen these before.
