Are these Rogers Swiv-O L arms?

Hello everybody. First post here.

I know that that someone here can tell me what I have. 2 L arms, same hex shaft on both, but different swivel mechanisms. Name that holder.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

I believe those are offshore, mid 60s early 70s, made by star or pearl under various names. The hex rods are metric, not standard. They should not fit Rogers collets.
