The tom lugs look just like an old Rogers set-up...I almost grabbed it for the price.

I see the same you do about that tom. The wrap is great though! I like sling big chip BDP.

Look closely. There are two different floor leg boxes on that tom. The badges are not rare. They are taken off of Slingerland Marching equipment from the 70's. They are not original to a 60's kit. Those tom mounts are generic. Inside the shells, the paint is covering up several items. The diamond plate is covering something that is never photographed from the outside. The spurs are different. There is at least one oddball non-US lug on that floor tom. This screams toolbox doofer.
If all that is a 60's kit, then what the heck does everyone else have? I would question the validity of the make of the shells at this point.
