Drum Lugs

I have an old set of Revere drums that are wrapped in champaign that's in perfect shape. My question is with the lugs. They are diamond/coffin shape with a long x on the front. The hole spacing is 1 3/8". I just wanted to be sure that they are original because I cannot find them anywhere on any of the old sets that I have viewed. Do you have any information on these lugs for my restoration project? Thanks!

If possible can you post a photo of the lugs.Revere was another stencil drum name and there were numerous stencil lugs that floated about.
