Need Help! Quick! Musketeer Drums

I found these drums called musketeers. I am interested in buying them. They look kind of like japan imports. but they are nice looking. anyone know about the sound? history? facts? please reply quickly. If the set is less then $100 or $125 it is a good practice or beater set.

The wood construction is not the best and the drums will play and sound
ok.
