Bowtie Lugs

What would the mounting hole footprint be for the bowtie lugs on a mid-sixties 5x14 Jazz Festival ?
And, would the lugs be chrome or nickel?

The lug mounting holes on my 1959 Jazz Fest are 2 3/16" center to center (I believe that's standard for the small Bowtie and Imperial lugs, i.e., not the large Club Date type Bowties) and I'm pretty sure they are chrome.
