Is this a black beauty?

This guy is selling a whole drumset with this snare for pretty cheap. I can not be sure if it is a black beauty, but if so, I am gonna try and contact him to buy the snare for around $200.00 and then resell it. The drum is measured to 5.5 x 14. I may be able to retrieve a serial number.

The reason I think it is, is because it has the imperial lugs, the same hoops as the supraphonic, and its black painted(or however they do it) metal.
