60s/70s ludwig??

By the way, the finish is NOT original, it is a rewrap, and apparently the people wrapped over the badges, so it may not be a ludwig at all!

It is really hard to tell, see if you can get them to tell you the #
of plys on the shells and if they have any reinforcement rings.
