Jazz on a Summer's Day (1960) is a documentary film set at the 1958 Newport Jazz Festival in Rhode Island.
Kind'a cool 1:30 minutes of... this is what 1958 was like.
You can view it online from Netflix... you might like it, you might hate it. I liked the feel of it... downside: just a passing glimpse of the drums during most sets.
